Is it helpful to do a colon cleanse before starting the Fat Free fast  program?


 A. Yes... I highly recommend colon cleansing and I generally advise that  this is repeated periodically. The colon is a very important organ for  good digestive health and nutrient absorption, therefore it makes  perfect  sense  to make sure it is in good condition. Some colon cleanse products are too aggressive and can be  unpleasant  but I personally use Bowtrol which I  find both gentle and  effective.

Q. I want to lose weight but I mostly want to lose the 'cottage cheese'  from my thighs and buns. Will the Fat Free fast program help with my  cellulite problem?

Q. Do I need to do any exercise when I use the fat Free fast program?

A. Exercise is an important part of any healthy lifestyle program.  Exercise improves heart health, joint health and releases natural  endorphins in the brain which result in you 'feeling good'.

Strenuous exercise is not required unless you really want it. Start with a gentle exercise program and build up over a period of time, at your own pace. The important point is to start!

There are several good exercise programs I can recommend to assist  you in your weight loss program. The first is the Fitness Model Program.  The second is the Lower Body Makeover.

Both of these can easily be adapted to your personal requirements and  offer potential to start off slow and easy and then build up as you start to  feel more energetic and fitter.
                                                                 



Q. Do you provide many recipes in your program?

A. We provide a full 8-day recipe program which focuses on the use of certain powerful metabolism boosting foods. These recipes and   can  easily be modified to provide you with several weeks worth of meal  ideas.

Q. I have tried many diets before but I always fail because I  don't have enough 'will power'. Can you help?

A. Even people with poor 'will power' find  the Fat Free Fast program  very easy to stay with. The foods recommended in the program are  wholesome, filling, nutritious and I don't recommend that you cut back on eating but that you eat 4 times every day...how difficult is that?

However, I do understand that sticking with any program can be a  problem for some people  and if you are one of those then I highly  recommend an additional  motivational program which you can read  about here. This program will  definitely help and it compliments my  program very well. Don't be put off  by some discussion about  depression and  drugs. I have personally followed this  program and  found it very uplifting and helpful in many ways.
