Q. I want to lose
weight but I mostly want to lose the 'cottage cheese' from
my
thighs and buns. Will the Fat Free fast program help with my

A. Yes... the Fat
free fast program is specifically designed to improve your

Q. Do I need to do any
exercise when I use the fat Free fast program?
A. Exercise is an
important part of any healthy lifestyle program. Exercise
improves heart health, joint health and releases natural

Strenuous exercise is not required unless you really want it.
Start with a gentle exercise program and build up over a period
of time, at your own pace. The important point is to start!

metabolism boosting foods. These recipes and can easily be
modified to provide you with several weeks worth of meal ideas.

Q. I have tried many
diets before but I always fail because I don't have enough
'will power'. Can you help?
A. Even people with poor
'will power' find the Fat Free Fast program very easy to
stay with. The foods recommended in the program are wholesome,
filling, nutritious and I don't recommend that you cut back on
eating but that you eat 4 times every day...how difficult is that?
However, I do understand that sticking with any program can be a
problem for some people and if you are one of those then I
highly recommend an additional motivational program which
you can read about here. This
program will definitely help and it compliments my program
very well. Don't be put off by some discussion about
depression and drugs. I have personally followed this
program and found it very uplifting and helpful in
many ways.
